What is the H3D’ s prototyping?
We offer you the opportunity to create the part you need and imagined for your rally bike.
Using our advanced experience in CAD modelling and 3D printing we are able to produce a specific part in an easy, quick and affordable way.
We still can’t build your dream rally bike, but we can print the part that feats your needs!
Our rally journey started in 2015 designing and developing the first handlebar roadbook mount 3D printed.
Failing and succeeding gave us the experience and the knowledge to use now plastics and 3D printing technology the best way we can so that the parts can make their job. (many times better than other technologies)
How do we do it?
We use specific software to design and prepare the files to be 3D printed. We apply a high range of plastics such as PLA, ABS, PETG, NYLON, etc…
In some cases, when plastic is not an option, we can also manufacture it in aluminium, steel or ever carbon fibre, using outsourcing CNC and laser cut, among others.
Who can make use of the prototype?
Only the customer can decide the destination of the files and parts prototyped. H3D cannot share, sell or make any use of it. (Without owner permission)
My Prototype in 4 steps:
1st Step | Share your ideia with us!
Fill the form bellow and feel free to write a brief text with what you idealized. Please add some photos or files that may help us reaching your rally dream part.
2nd Step | Discussion of the project !
In less than 48 hours we will get back to you, giving you our opinion about design, materials and manufacture process. As soon as these details are decided, we will give you prices for modelling (if you don’t have already a CAD file) and production.
3rd Step | Let’s do it!
Soon as you approve all conditions and after a payment of 50% of the final project price. We’ll produce your prototype. (Total amount of CAD file should be paid in this phase)
4th Step | Shipping to you !
After checking quality and dimensions of the prototype, it is time to dispatch it to you and we’ll wait for your feedback! In this phase customer should pay the remaining amount of the project
and the shipping costs.
